Are you interested in the new Farm Bill and how it affects you?
Mississippi State Extension Service and the Department of Agricultural Economics will be hosting workshops to learn more about the recently enacted 2014 Farm Bill. These workshops are for anyone who would like to attend, but the primary focus will be crop producers, lenders, and those impacted by farm programs and crop insurance. Along with the previously noted focus, on March 5 and 12, a session will be offered for specialty crop producers, and on Mar 12 a session will be offered for dairy industry participants. Please make anyone who you feel would benefit from these workshops aware of these dates/locations.
