The Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) is of concern to all food producers. It is not yet well-understood among the masses, but as it comes closer to passage, we must share as much information about it as we have gathered. To do this, Dr. Barakat Mahmoud, Food Safety Specialist with Mississippi State University agreed to come and deliver a talk on FSMA.
